With over 20 years spent at major international digital companies (Microsoft, Google, and more recently IBM France as Vice President), Eric is a recognized professional in the tech sector, and particularly in the development of the cloud market in France and Europe. For nearly 3 years, Eric Haddad served as an administrator and co-chair for innovation at the French professional trade union, Syntec Numérique, Numéum.
Stéphane Spinella
Chief Revenue Officer
With over 25 years of experience in software, Cloud, and AI, Stéphane has guided the digital transformation of major accounts in France and Europe. He has held sales and marketing leadership roles at Google Cloud, Oracle, and BEA Systems. More recently, he contributed to the development of Databricks, a key player in Data and AI. He is recognized for his ability to structure and lead committed organizations. His mission at NumSpot: boost growth, build a sustainable path, and establish a culture focused on customers, innovation, and trust.
Servane Augier
Chief of public affairs
With over 20 years of experience in the technology and digital transformation sectors, Servane is a seasoned expert in sovereign cloud. She has a strong background in telecoms (SFR Business) and at Outscale (VP of Development and Public Affairs), and today she works at NumSpot to reinforce European digital autonomy. She also serves as Vice President of Hexatrust and is a board member of Eurocloud, where she actively contributes to the development of standards for trust, interoperability, and data sovereignty.
Baptiste Betelu
Chief of Technology Governance and Conformity
Passionate about cloud infrastructure and innovation, Baptiste has over 15 years of experience in cloud, development, and network and systems. He has played a key role in NumSpot's launch and growth, he achieved this by defining the technical architecture, recruiting and leading architecture teams, and ensuring compliance with SecNumCloud and ISO 27001 standards. His leadership and technical expertise are essential for building NumSpot's product vision.

Vanessa is a passionate HR leader with over 25 years of experience in the tech industry and a global perspective. As Chief People Officer at NumSpot, she is committed to building HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain talent. Her expertise includes managing scale-up growth, employee development, and social relations, with a focus on creating a corporate culture centered on innovation and collaboration.

Chief Technical Officer
Éric has accumulated over 20 years of experience in IT consulting, with strong expertise in cloud. As a Partner at OCTO Technology, he directed the Cloud & DevOps activities, supervised expert teams, and supported the construction and transformation of platforms for major accounts such as CNAM, La Poste, Orange, and Thales. A pioneer of agile and DevOps approaches applied to infrastructure, he combines technical vision with operational leadership.
Alain Diep
Lead of Operations & chief operating officer
With a strong background at major consulting firms, Alain has assisted over 20 companies, from startups to CAC 40 groups, on missions involving corporate strategy development, transformation program management, and organizational optimization. Through these experiences, he has gained deep expertise in steering strategic projects, optimizing business processes, and managing operational teams.

Senior Legal Counsel
With 10 years of experience in IT and digital project contracts, Philippine has supported the operational and business teams of major corporations like Sopra Steria, Sephora, and Kering. These diverse experiences have given her a 360-degree view of corporate IT projects. Her cross-functional perspective allows her to assist teams with both the sale and purchase of IT services.

With over 10 years of experience in the digital sector, Gaspard has developed solid expertise in managing product and technical teams. As VP of Products at Scaleway, he notably led strategic cloud projects, combining operational leadership with product vision. His career is marked by structuring agile organizations, leading multidisciplinary teams, and a strong culture of impact.
Jocelyne Kauffmann
Marketing and communication director
Jocelyne has over 25 years of experience in digital transformation, brand development, and driving business growth, both in large corporations and through entrepreneurship. After starting her career in insurance (MAAF), she held leadership positions at international communication consulting agencies (MRM Paris – McCann, Cheil/Samsung) before founding her own companies (Kalitime, Breakers Agency).
Jean-Christophe Poncet

Jean-Christophe has over 30 years of experience in sales development roles, working with partner ecosystems (integrators, distributors, publishers, OEMs, and cloud providers) for both startups and major international IT companies like NetApp and Red Hat.
Olivier Laborde
Chief Finance Officer
With nearly 20 years of experience in financial leadership at technology groups, Olivier supports organizational transformation with a determinedly Lean and performance-oriented approach. Currently the CFO of NumSpot, he oversees financial strategy, operations, and structuring projects to support a sovereign cloud. His career is marked by his leadership of complex projects, including ERP deployment, post-acquisition integration, process optimization, and performance management. Both pragmatic and committed, he makes the finance function a driver of efficiency, transparency, and value creation.
Alexis Gendronneau
Data & IA director
Alexis has over 10 years of experience in data, cloud, and artificial intelligence. As Chief Data Officer for the OVHcloud group, he defined and deployed the international data and AI strategy, supporting the creation of the product portfolio and internal services. His background combines recognized technical expertise (big data, AI, distributed architecture, governance) with value-oriented leadership.
Victor Coutellier
Lead SRE
Victor is an expert in open-source technologies such as OpenStack, Kubernetes, and Terraform, with a particular interest in scaling these products to an enterprise level. His expertise, developed at OVHcloud and Société Générale, has enabled him to build and optimize complex cloud infrastructures, and he has actively participated in community projects like Kolla and Glance. His passion for innovation and knowledge sharing makes him a recognized figure in the open-source community.
